Two Options of Payment:
1. Tap in your online credit card details and submit to our Secure Online Credit Form.
2. Print out our Online Fax Form, and fax it to us at: 66 76 244823

NB
a. Please note that the owner of the credit card's signature is required on the fax form if the booking is made under another name.

b. Once we receive your credit card information your card will be authorized before your arrival and will be charged during your stay.

Please Note!
If you plan to arrive within 7 days of booking your credit card details should be sent immediately to facilitate the process.

Cancellation policy
No charge is made to your credit card until your booking is confirmed, that is, when you have secured your room reservation by completing our Secure Online Credit Card Form or faxing it to us duly completed and signed.

If you cancel or amend your confirmed booking anytime before the 14 days preceding your check-in, unless stated otherwise, a cancellation fee equal to one-day's stay and golf course will charge 20% shall be charged to your credit card. If the cancellation or amendment is processed within the said 14 days prior to check-in, the cancellation fee varies with the hotel concerned. Unless otherwise stated, it is 50% of your room rate for the duration of your stay. This is the worst case, as it is our policy to try and minimize this wherever possible.
